They don’t trade randomly like retail traders.
They:

  • Create liquidity

  • Then move price in their desired direction

SMC ka matlab hai samajhna ki market me bade players (banks, institutions) kaise trade karte hain.

2. Liquidity

👉 English:

Liquidity = Areas where many stop losses and pending orders are placed.
Smart money needs liquidity to enter big trades.

Liquidity = Wo jagah jahan bahut logon ke stop loss / orders pade hote hain.
Smart money wahi price ko le jaakar unka SL hit karwati hai aur apna trade leti hai.

3. Liquidity Zones

Liquidity Zones are places where price is likely to go first before moving in the real direction.

Common Liquidity Zones:

When price makes same highs or lows multiple times → many traders put stop loss there.

Jab price bar-bar ek hi high ya low banata hai → waha bohot stop loss jama ho jate hain.

English:
Yesterday’s high/low or last week’s high/low = strong liquidity area.

When price quickly goes above highs or below lows and then reverses.

Jab price pehle upar ya niche jaakar SL hit karta hai aur fir reverse ho jata hai

5. Structure in SMC (Market Structure)
